Returns and refunds
Email orders@wunkuslabs.com first, whatever the reason. We reply with the return address and sort it out from there.
United States and rest of world
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, and you pay the return shipping. The board must come back uninstalled and in resalable condition; a board that has been installed is a warranty matter rather than a return. Original shipping is not refunded.
United Kingdom and European Union
Your law gives you a 14-day cooling-off right that our terms cannot reduce: cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving the order, even after opening the package, by emailing us. Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us and we refund within 14 days of receiving them, including the standard shipping you originally paid. Return postage is yours. The right covers inspecting the board the way you could in a shop, not using it; if it has been installed or powered, we reduce the refund by the value that handling has cost, which for an installed board can be most or all of the price.
Separately, EU law gives you at least two years from delivery to raise a lack of conformity, and in the UK the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies. Our 90-day warranty sits on top of those rights and does not shorten them.
Backorders
Cancel any time before the order ships for a full refund.
Faulty boards
Boards are covered by a 90-day limited warranty. If a board fails, email us: we may ask for photos or a video first, and if we ask you to send it back we reimburse tracked return postage up to what you paid us for shipping on the original order.
The terms of sale are the governing document and win if anything here is unclear.
