Where we ship
Worldwide, except destinations restricted by US export law or that no carrier delivers to. The country list at checkout is authoritative; if yours is missing, email us.
Dispatch and tracking
In-stock orders ship from Michigan by USPS. You get a second email with a tracking number when the order goes out. We ship to the address given at checkout, so check it before paying, and tell us promptly if it changes before your order ships.
Backorders
Items marked backorder are charged at checkout and ship when stock arrives. Ship estimates on backordered items are estimates, not promises. You can cancel a backordered item any time before it ships for a full refund; just email orders@wunkuslabs.com.
Duties and taxes
Import duties, customs fees and taxes charged by your own country are your responsibility. They are not included in our prices or shipping rates, they are collected by your customs authority or carrier rather than by us, and we cannot tell you in advance what they will be.
